Radebeul annealing

On 7 and 8 November 2026, Radebeul will once again be transformed into a winter festival of delights. At the ‘Radebeuler Anglühen’, wineries, wine taverns, restaurants and cultural venues invite visitors on a journey of discovery through the wine town and celebrate the start of the mulled wine season together with their guests.

Over 40 partners – ranging from wineries and restaurants to hotels and cultural venues – will be showcasing their experiences. Each stop has its own unique highlights: mulled wine tastings, guided tours, culinary specialities such as roast goose sausage or quark dumplings, atmospheric live music, readings, fire pits and a varied family programme featuring biscuit baking, face painting, candle-making and tin can throwing.

What makes it special is that the ‘Anglühen’ takes place not just in one spot, but throughout Radebeul – from the historic village green at Altkötzschenbroda, through the vineyards, to the festively illuminated Wackerbarth Castle. A free shuttle service will run between the venues on Saturday and Sunday, making it easier to travel sustainably – and to enjoy your mulled wine without a care in the world.

With the Radebeul ‘Anglühen’, this wine town demonstrates how wine, culture and cuisine intertwine to create a special experience. Whether it’s a romantic evening, an outing with friends or a family weekend – this event invites you to rediscover Radebeul in winter.

The shuttle bus is operated by Old-Timer-Tours (Seidel, www.old-timer-tours.de) and is available free of charge on Saturday and Sunday.
