Job Date: Coswig/Radebeul

Following its successful launch in Coswig, the inter-municipal event series “Job-Date Coswig/Radebeul” is entering its second round. On Thursday, 20 August 2026, from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm, anyone interested is invited to the Kultur-Bahnhof in Radebeul to have a casual chat with regional companies.
The event is once again being organised jointly by the district town of Coswig, the Riesa Job Centre, the Meissen district’s municipal job centre and the district town of Radebeul. The aim of the event is to connect employers and potential employees directly with one another in a relaxed atmosphere – without lengthy application processes and without the need for prior registration.
The “Job-Date Coswig/Radebeul” is aimed at jobseekers as well as people looking to change career paths or find out about regional employment opportunities. Visitors will have the chance to speak directly with companies from various sectors and find out about current vacancies and entry-level opportunities.
“It is important for our region to bring people and businesses together directly. Face-to-face conversations in particular often build trust and open up prospects more quickly than a traditional application process. With the Job-Date, we are strengthening the regional economy whilst also highlighting the career opportunities available right on our doorstep,” emphasises Mayor Wendsche.
