Pension counselling in Radebeul

For those insured under the German Federal Pension Scheme and others, pension advice sessions will be held at Radebeul Town Hall, Hauptstraße 4, ground floor, Room 0.04 , pension advice sessions will take place on Tuesday 8 September 2026 and 22 September 2026, from 1.00 pm to 4.00 pm on each occasion .
All pension applications (old-age, reduced earning capacity and survivors’ pensions) can now only be submitted online. Paper applications are no longer accepted.
If you do not have a computer and/or need help with this, please feel free to make use of the free pensions advice service. Please ensure you bring your original documents with you. The pensions adviser will enter your details into the electronic application form and check that the information is correct. Your application will then be submitted online.
Ms Hunold is available to advise you at the Familieninitiative, Altkötzschenbroda 20, by prior telephone appointment on 0151 11646340. You can book an appointment from Monday to Wednesday between 9.00 am and 1.00 pm. Claudia Goymann, an insurance adviser with the German Federal Pension Insurance Scheme, is available daily from 6.00 pm on 03523 702585 to arrange appointments.
