Pension counselling in Radebeul

For those insured under the German Federal Pension Scheme and others , a pensions advice session will take place at Radebeul Town Hall, Hauptstraße 4, ground floor, Room 0.04 , on Tuesday 25 August 2026 from 1.00 pm to 4.00 pm.
All pension applications (old-age, reduced earning capacity and survivors’ pensions) can now only be submitted online. Paper applications are no longer accepted.
If you do not have a computer and/or need help with this, please feel free to make use of the free pensions advice service. Please ensure you bring your original documents with you. The pensions adviser will enter your details into the electronic application form and verify the information. Your application will then be submitted online.
Ms Hunold is available to advise you at the Familieninitiative, Altkötzschenbroda 20, by prior telephone appointment on 0151 11646340. Appointments can be made Monday to Wednesday from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm. Claudia Goymann, an insurance adviser with the German Federal Pension Insurance Scheme, is available daily from 6.00 pm on 03523 702585 to arrange appointments.
