With “Exprésate – Fire Triplets”, César Olhagahray and Muriel Cornejo, together with their team, present their third PlayArtWerk – a visually stunning installation that intertwines mythology, rituals and the universal symbolism of fire.

Drawing on figures such as the three-headed Cerberus from Greek mythology, the mysterious Diablada and a mythical creature from northern Chile, a story unfolds about the transition between worlds, between light and darkness, past and future. Encounters between these beings preserve the cycle of farewell and new beginnings.

Fire symbolises transformation, the power to let go of the old and make room for the new. It drives away spirits, lights the way through the darkness, connects people across cultural boundaries and kindles the fire of love – that force which gives hope and makes a new beginning possible even after the greatest challenge.
Visitors are invited to get creative alongside the artists. As they paint together, new images, thoughts and encounters emerge, allowing the installation to grow and enriching it with personal perspectives.

In this way, “Exprésate – Fire Triplets” becomes a shared artistic experience in which everyone can become part of the creative process before everything goes up in flames.
