TANGA ELEKTRA are two brothers who stand out for their passion for spontaneously improvised arrangements and irresistible grooves. Their unique live set-up alone makes them innovators.

A violin with guitar effects, used to filter rhythmic pizzicato melodies, generate thick bass lines and create lush string arrangements. A loop station captures the live-produced elements of the song, which then merge into an unmistakable Tanga Elektra track through the duo’s open interplay.

Through this exchange of energy with the audience, new versions of their extensive repertoire – and even entirely new compositions – often emerge. An interactive concert experience, far removed from conventional styles and characterised by boundless enthusiasm for playing.
