9th Churfürstliches Weinbergfest in the Hoflößnitz
The Hoflößnitz winery invites you to the 9th Churfürstliche Weinbergfest with three days of music and entertainment. Admission is free.
The festival weekend begins with a traders' market on Friday, 3 October 2025 from 12 noon to 8 pm and musical entertainment. On Saturday, 04.10. and Sunday, 05.10.2025 from 12 noon to 8 pm, an extensive programme will be offered. Among other things, visitors can expect
- a small, select traders' market
- Special guided tours through the Saxon Wine Museum
- Children's fun with creative handicrafts, the children's railway and alpacas
- Live music with "Trouble Notes", "Birdhouse Jazz" and "Krambambuli"
- Street clown Imre Bernath (Saturday) & puppet theatre "Märchenfänger"
A special highlight is a small winegrowers' procession around the Hoflößnitz at around 12.00 noon on Sunday. A wide range of organic wines from Hoflößnitz and culinary delicacies will be available for your physical well-being.
