Vineyard Festival at the Hoflößnitz "Churfürstliches Weinbergsfest"
The Hoflößnitz winery looks back on a history of over 600 years. Once a winery and rural retreat of the Wettin dynasty, the idyllic estate is now a gem of Saxony's wine cultural landscape.
A highlight of the Radebeul wine year is the Hoflößnitz Wine Festival from October 5 to 6, 2019. In addition to the winery's organically grown wines, visitors can also expect a Saxon wine table with around 30 wines from all over Saxony. A varied stage program promises entertainment for young and old. At the gates of the Hoflößnitz, a historic craftsmen's market invites visitors to take a leisurely stroll. Meanwhile, those seeking relaxation and tranquility can enjoy not only the wonderful view of the Elbe Valley, but also a glass or two of wine during a romantic walk across the wine terraces.
