Winery Hoflößnitz
Radebeul | Saxony
600 years of tradition. At the heart of the future of viticulture.
Hoflößnitz combines six centuries of Saxon wine culture with a clear vision for the future. Once the electoral vineyard of the House of Wettin, the estate is now a vibrant hub of enjoyment, culture and sustainable viticulture. Since 1992, the wines have been consistently produced in accordance with the guidelines of organic viticulture.
Alongside Riesling, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc and Traminer, the range now also features Johanniter, Solaris, Souvignier Gris, Cabernet Blanc and Sauvitage. As grape varieties of the future, they embody natural viticulture and produce characterful wines with a distinctive profile.
With the PIWI-Schieler, Hoflößnitz also brings a true Saxon wine to the glass – rooted in tradition, yet presented in a modern guise.
During Advent and Christmas, the estate’s own mulled wine creates a festive atmosphere – available in white, rosé or red. Its harmonious blend of wine and selected spices evokes the scent of a Christmas bakery and invites you to enjoy delightful moments during the cold season.
For children and anyone who prefers not to drink alcohol, Hoflößnitz also offers a non-alcoholic children’s punch made to its own recipe.
