Responsibilities
- Preparation of the budget
The budget is made public. Every citizen of Radebeul, as well as all citizens liable to pay taxes in Radebeul, can view the plan. The relevant dates are published in the official gazette. - Budget management and budget monitoring during the year
- Investment management/controlling
In addition to monitoring the financial relationships between the municipal companies and the city during the year, this task also includes the annual preparation of the investment report. The investment reports are published on the Internet (see below). - Financial controlling
Focuses on the analytical view of the budget, such as the comparison of planned and actual figures, the forecast of the expected accounting results at the end of the year and the half-yearly report as a source of information for the City Council in accordance with Section 75 (5) of the SächsGemO. - Financial, debt and other statistics
All investment reports can be inspected during business hours at the Town Hall, Pestalozzistrasse 6, Room 2.01.
