Dance around the Christmas tree
with "Balcantare"

Folk & Christmas music from around the world

The band Balcantare presents festive tunes from Argentina, Andalusia, the Balkans and many other countries around the world. The group’s powerful three-part harmonies are accompanied by guitar, viola, double bass, accordion and percussion, bringing the joy of the Festival of Love to life in a rich tapestry of sound.

In the second part of the programme, Balcantare enchants the audience with songs from the Balkans.

From the fiery, spirited songs of the Sinti and Roma to the wistful, plaintive melodies from the Croatian mountains, they create music that touches the heart.
