"Myth of Winnetou" - The Karl May Festival Radebeul celebrated 150 years of Winnetou this year

From 30 May to 1 June 2025, Radebeul was once again transformed into the Wild West. An amazing parallel universe was created in the rustic natural idyll of the Lößnitzgrund, as well as in the Sternreitercamp on the heights of Wahnsdorf and, of course, in Karl May's place of work, today's Karl May Museum. For three days, guests were able to immerse themselves in the world of Karl May's books.

The myth of Winnetou and the Wild West was brought to life here for all young and old cowboy and Indian fans. Authentically designed settlements and western towns provided the stylish backdrop for exciting adventures, impressive theatre performances and hearty country bands.
