Due to the slope of our vineyards ranging from 30% to 55% and the historically grown terraces, our wines are produced by hand in an elaborate process. Environmentally friendly cultivation of the vineyards, consistent selection of the grapes, careful ageing in the natural stone cellar on our winery below the wine restaurant "Charlotte", where you can purchase our wines, are the basis of the quality of our wines.
