The city of Radebeul (Radebeul) has committed itself to complying with the applicable legal provisions, the protection of personal data and the principles of data security when designing its Radebeul Citizen App. In the following, we would like to inform you about the circumstances under which we collect information from you, how we handle it and to whom we may make it available.

Every time a user accesses the Radebeul Citizens' App, data about this process is temporarily stored and processed in a log file.
The following data is collected and stored until it is automatically deleted
- IP address of the requesting mobile device (anonymised),
- Date and time of access,
- Name and URL of the retrieved file,
- Notification of whether the request was successful,
- Recognition data of the browser and operating system used,
- Website from which the access was made,
- Name of your internet access provider
- Usage behaviour in the app
This data is processed for the purpose of enabling the use of the website (establishing a connection), maintaining system security, technical administration of the network infrastructure and optimising the website. The above data is only analysed for statistical purposes and to improve the service and is then deleted after 14 days at the latest.
The IP address can only be analysed in the event of attacks on the network infrastructure. Personal data will not be processed beyond the cases mentioned in the data protection declaration unless you expressly consent to further processing.
Inventory data
Radebeul collects, stores and uses your personal data, which is required for the establishment, content or amendment of the contractual relationship (inventory data), exclusively for the processing of the existing contractual relationship with you or for processing your request. They are only processed for correspondence with you and only for the purpose for which you have provided us with the data. The following data is generally stored as inventory data:

If the data is required to fulfil existing legal, statutory or contractual retention periods, the data may be stored.
What do we use your data for?
Some of the data is collected to ensure that the website/app is provided without errors. Other data may be used to analyse your user behaviour.
When you visit the app, we create user profiles using pseudonyms for the purposes of advertising, market research or to customise the app. Only usage data is used for this purpose. In particular, this involves features for identifying the user, information about the start, end and scope of use of our website and login data. By analysing the data obtained, we are able to compile information about the use of the individual components of our website. This helps us to constantly improve our website and its user-friendliness.
