Sazón Montuno

Since 2023, the band "Sazón Montuno" has been thrilling audiences with its infectious sound and has quickly become one of the leading salsa groups in the region. Their secret? A perfectly harmonised blend of powerful horns (trombone, trumpet, tenor saxophone), a precise rhythm section (congas, bongos, timbales, bass) and the characteristic piano "Montuno" that gives the band its name.

Their repertoire is a tribute to the great tradition of salsa: from classics by El Gran Combo to Héctor Lavoe and Ruben Blades, complemented by their own compositions. The arrangements impress with their musical depth - they inspire not only dancers but also discerning music connoisseurs.

The international line-up (with roots in Germany, Korea, Ecuador and Venezuela) gives the sound a special flavour: Afro-Caribbean rhythms are combined with jazz influences to create a unique musical spice.
