Cultural Association of the Radebeul City Library e.V.

The Kulturverein der Stadtbibliothek Radebeul e.V. is a colourful piece in the mosaic of Radebeul's cultural life.

Starting in 2002, we have created a variety of events relating to literature, film and exhibitions of graphic art, thus enriching the cultural offerings in the rooms of the Radebeul-Ost municipal library in the Kulturbahnhof.
Anyone who has the time and inclination to help organise these events - young and old - is welcome to join our association at any time.

With the "Talks about Literature" series on the first Monday of every month, starting at 5.30 pm, we offer a platform to all literature enthusiasts who would like to discuss authors and their works.

As part of the "Literature Cinema" on the second Thursday of the month, we show valuable films on the big screen in two screenings at 5 pm and 8 pm.

There are also two suitable films for families and children's groups to watch during the autumn/winter/summer holidays.

Our quarterly exhibitions are a welcome opportunity for regional artists and amateurs to present their graphic works to a wide audience.

On Children's Day, the association presents the short film afternoon in the open round tent with indigenous short films and other children's short films in the Bilzbad.
